We collect information you provide when creating an account, such as your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect usage data such as messages sent, events RSVP'd to, and assignments accepted within your community.
Your information is used solely to operate the Tether app within your organization. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your profile is visible only to members of your organization, subject to role-based access controls set by your administrator.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your organization's data is fully isolated from other organizations on the platform.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account & Support → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your messages and contributions will be removed within 30 days.
If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to deliver notifications. You may disable notifications at any time from your device settings or within the app.
